Fisk's most prominent love interest is his ex-wife Vanessa Mariana, with whom they shared a son named Richard. Fisk's proposal to Mary in Daredevil #35 - by Chip Zdarsky, Stefano Landini, Francesco Mobili, Marcio Menyz, and VC's Clayton Cowles - is hardly his first experience with marriage.
